Everyone wants their life to be successful. I would like to share a few ways through which you can be successful in life.
  • Decide what your definition of successful is. You first have to decide what you want.
  • Set some goals. Without concrete goals to work towards, you never really know what you are working towards.
  • Make changes. If there are changes that need to be made because they are keeping you from being successful, make those changes.
  • Believe in your abilities. Believing in yourself will make a huge difference in how successful you are in life.
  • Build a support system. Choose to surround yourself with positive people you admire who build you up and encourage you.
  • Don't give up. Don't get frustrated if you don't think you are as successful as you should be. Identify areas you want to change and look for other ways to make it happen.
  • Be healthy. In order to be successful in life, you need to have the mental and physical health to achieve your goals.
  • Be realistic. Be realistic and know that you don't have to be perfect to be successful.

Optimism Really and Really helps a lot!

It’s never a new topic to discuss but we need to convince ourselves that an optimistic mind is a big help to achieve our goals. As I always say, there is no room for any negative words in our life even but instead we must say “Yes, go on and on, it’s possible, gettable”
  • Dr. William Arthur Ward said that “the doors of opportunity are open to the optimist. Gates of achievement swing wide for the person who sees infinite possibilities in the insignificant.”
  • An optimist sees a solution in every problem and looks for the solution instead of concentrating on the problem.
  • Optimism is a valid approach to life because when we encounter difficulties, if we are optimistic we will immediately start thinking about a solution to the difficulty, whereas the pessimist will look at a problem and ask, “I wonder what’s going to happen next?” or say, “There’s nothing I can do.”
  • Think optimistically because if you do, you will be seen at the top!

Face Your Fears!

Fears and failures are bound to haunt everyone who fights life and wants to be successful. How do you approach your Fears is the question that answers below.
  1. Fear comes unexpected and without any warning perhaps.
  2. Fear is a slippery, slimy wild pig that is not concerned with any form of etiquette.
  3. The best remedy to overcome fear and nullify the attack is to turn front on and stand still.
  4. Fear will pursue you and hunt you down if you flee. But if you ‘Faith Your Fear’ and stand firm, fear will never attack you.
  5. Speak words of faith in the face of fear: ‘I can’, ‘I will’, ‘I have’ and ‘I’m more than able’.
Always do realize each time you encounter with a problem, you have got a chance to be stronger, the more problems you have, the stronger you become!

Direct your thoughts and Get going!

To be successful in life requires you to basically follow your instinct. The following three steps can make anyone a winner in their chosen endeavors.

Control and direct your thoughts: It`s a decision you make concerning what you think about. So whether you think success, or failure, that`s what you will eventually reap. Without directed thought aimed at your purpose and goals in writing you are like the proverbial `ship without a rudder.
Don`t worry about the `how-to`: Start by believing you can do something and the `how-to` will follow. The simplest way to do anything is to hold a mental picture of what you want as long as possible and as often as possible.
Get going: There is a cause and effect to everything. You think a thought, and then you decide whether or not to act upon it. If you act upon it, there will be a result.

Changing your beliefs can change your actions. It will result in living any of your dreams.

Does it sound a good idea create wealth from within? You should be giving an attempt on it
  • With the economical down turn we are facing, coupled with a progressing lack of job security, there remains a need to create your own future. What will you create?
  • Every human being possesses an instinctive ability to create wealth; from their unique gifts and talents they’ve been given. We never have a shortage of “million dollar” ideas, but a lack of belief in ourselves.
  • A life of wealth begins with the ability to tap into the wealth of resources that you’ve been given from your Creator.
  • In order to not succumb to the fear that surrounds creating your gifts and talents, you must detach yourself from them. Your gifts and talents come with a patent, because no two are exclusively the same. No one can be who you are.

Five Motivational Tips!

  1. The first method is instilling a sense of fear in yourself. Since fear is one of the strongest motivators in the human psyche, think about what you could lose if you do not complete the task that you are not motivated to do.
  2. The second method is instilling a sense of desire for yourself. This is because greed is one of the other great motivators in the human psyche.
  3. The next method is prioritizing your tasks. List each of your responsibilities on a sheet of paper and then sort them into three categories of "Must get done", "Should be completed", and "Nice to have".
  4. Reward yourself for each goal that you complete. No matter how short term a difficult goal may have been, a little incentive is sometimes all that people need to start or finish a project that they dread doing.
  5. Develop a support system to stay motivated. This is the same logic as having a workout buddy.

Manage your time effectively!

Haven’t we complained about the time ever that we are unable to finish off things we wanted a day? End of the day…we feel that we have not done enough of what we thought of getting away in the morning. Time management is very crucial in succeeding a life. I would say 20 minutes spent on effectively managing your time a day would certainly save you not less than 2 hours a day when gone without any proper plan!

  • Decide what you want to achieve and get out of social media. Decide how much time you want to devote to social media.
  • Track the time you spend
  • Use tools to make things go faster and to help focus on what your goals are.
  • Think quality. Reading bad material is like watching a poor TV show. If it is not adding value to your life, just don't do it.
  • Have good files for things you want to post on.
  • Have some ready to go - blogging
  • Write efficiently.
  • Set specific times to look at it.
  • Consider a Social Media fast for a few days. You will not miss much. And you will likely return to it with a greater appreciation on what you want to get from it.

Self Criticism: A Powerful Tool for Self Evaluation!

  • Never expect things to happen, struggle and make them happen. Never expect yourself to be given a good value, create a value of your own.
  • If a drop of water falls in lake there is no identity. But if it falls on a leaf of lotus it shines like a pearl. So choose the best place where you would shine.
  • Falling down is not defeat, real defeat is when you are refusing to get up.
  • Ship is always safe at shore, but it is not built for it.
  • When you are successful your well-wishers know who you are, but when you are unsuccessful you know who your well-wishers are.
  • Never take some one for granted, hold every person close to your Heart because you might wake up one day and realize that you have lost a diamond while you were too busy collecting stones.
  • The fragrance of flowers spreads only in the direction of the wind. But the goodness of a person spreads in all directions!
Self criticism is highly recommended for a regular retrospection when you are in pursuit of you goal and need a change in your move for the cause you are working for.

The power of mind is tremendous and success belongs to those who realize it sooner. Positive thinking is vital to succeed and there is not even any place for negative words. When you hear NO, turn it into ON and TEEMING with problems; well think it as MEETING with them…

  • Achieve your dreams. Avoid negative people, things and places. Eleanor Roosevelt once said, "The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams."
  • Believe in yourself, and in what you can do.
  • Consider things on every angle and aspect. Motivation comes from determination. To be able to understand life, you should feel the sun from both sides.
  • Don't give up and don't give in. Thomas Edison failed once, twice, more than thrice before he came up with his invention and perfected the incandescent light bulb. Make motivation as your steering wheel.
  • Enjoy. Work as if you don't need money. Dance as if nobody's watching. Love as if you never cried. Learn as if you'll live forever. Motivation takes place when people are happy.

Tips to Be Charismatic!

  • Smile.
  • Be interested, open and curious.
  • Be fully present.

Focus on your breathing. One way to quickly become present is to take breaths with your belly – this calms your body too – and just focus on your in- and out breaths for about two minutes.

Focus on what’s right in front of you. Or around you. Or on you. Use your senses. Just look at what’s right in front of you right now. Listen to the sounds around you. Feel the fabric of your clothes and focus on how they feel.

  • Be assertive.
  • Be confident.

Be present. If you are present and in the moment when you are taking action to face your fear you don’t get so nervous and stuck in negative thought loops about how everything will go wrong.

Be curious. When you are stuck in fear you are closed up. You tend to create division in your world and mind. You create barriers between you and other things/people. When you shift to being curious the world just opens up. Curiosity is filled with anticipation and enthusiasm. It opens you up. And when you are open and enthusiastic then you have more fun things to think about than focusing on your fear.

  • Be amused.
  • Be socially free and authentic.

Pessimisten och Entreprenören


Jag vet att alla vill hoppas på en snabb vändning nu.
Att det skall bli lite ljusare.
Att varsel skall börja dras tillbaka.

Så vi kan andas ut och tänka att "tack och lov - det blev inte värre än så här".

Men jag tror inte det, och jag tror att alla tecken på vändning i den globala ekonomin är önsketänkande och/eller kortsiktiga återhämtningar.

Jag tror det kommer att bli mycket mycket mycket värre innan det mycket mycket mycket långsamt kommer att vända uppåt igen.

När vi tittar tillbaka på den "moderna" tiden så kommer vi att minnas depressionerna. Den lilla runt 1930-talet, och den stora runt 2010-talet.

Den där depressionen för 80 år sedan kunde vi ta oss ur genom tillgång på billig energi (galet billig olja). Innovationer gjorde dessutom att vi kunde öka produktionen med jättesprång gång på gång. Vi sörplade upp den billigaste och mest lättillgängliga oljan, och vi gled fram på de lågt hängande frukterna i teknisk innovation.

Men den tiden är över nu. Vår energi kommer att kosta mycket mer framöver. Råvarorna är begränsade, och den lättåtkomliga oljan är slut. Det finns massor kvar, men den ligger inte längre i jättepölar strax under jordskorpan.

Maten är plötsligt begränsad. 1930 var vi under två miljarder på klotet, nu är vi snart sju miljarder. Utan tillgång till billig energi. Utan tillgång till billiga råvaror. Utan tillgång till billig mat. Då är det genast lite lurigare att expandera och producera oss ut ur en depression.

Vi löser inte någon global kris genom att trycka upp pengar från ingenstans och hoppas att det blir bättre. Om det hade funkat så borde vi gett det som råd till varje land i tredje världen. "Starta sedelpressarna, så skall ni se att alla får jobb".

Därför blir jag lite beklämd när vi letar efter tecken på "vändningen". Leta gärna efter tecken på det som funkar, på det som går bra. Men Vändningen? ...jag tror det kommer att bli en lång resa dit.

Det var pessimisten. Låt oss glömma honom nu.

Entreprenören däremot ser att det nu börjar hända saker. Om vi någonsin skall hitta läget för en New Deal så är det nu. Jag tror corporate social responsibility kommer att få en ordentlig setback på kort sikt när alla säger "du, jag skiter i miljön - jag vill bara att mitt företag/jobb/familj skall överleva just nu". Om man går på A-kassa eller besparingar är det svårare att motivera de där tomaterna som kostar 40% mer för att de är coola mot miljön.

Men Entreprenören vet att det är i kriser som de mest underbara tillfällena uppenbarar sig. Om Entreprenören hör att det kommer att gå åt helvete och att alla kommer att få panik, då tänker Entreprenören: "Vad kan man sälja då? Vilken produkt eller tjänst kan jag leverera då? Vilken sorts företag skall jag starta då?".

Jag ser fler och fler Entreprenörer som börjar skruva otåligt på sig nu. De är som travhästar bakom startbilen, som surfaren som ser en våg byggas upp vid horisonten, som Arne Weise på julaftonsmorgon. Redo att kanalisera den enorma energi de har - bara de hittar en riktning eller en linje.

Det är därför jag har så svårt i den här globala krisen. Jag är slutkörd och orolig, och jättetaggad och sprängfylld av kreativ energi. När någon säger att de ser ljuset i tunneln nu, så vill jag säga: "Du har fel, det är ett annalkande expresståg, det kommer att bli ofattbart mycket värre nu, och jag tycker det är skitspännande!!!"

Mixed emotions. No shit.

Men tänk vad intressant om det blir så. Tänk vilka möjligheter för nya ledare att kliva fram i kaoset. Vilka möjligheter för nya affärsmodeller att etableras, för nya organisationer att kliva fram som ljus i affärsmörkret. TÄNK vilken grogrund för nationell och global reflektion över var mänskligheten befinner sig och vilka värderingar vi väljer att bygga nutiden och framtiden på.

Jag tänker inte köpa ett skyddsrum och gräva ner i trädgården. Däremot vill jag fundera ärligt och öppet på vilka möjligheter som finns om allt vänder neråt inom ett år, om denna tillfälliga uppgång bara var just tillfällig. A dead cat bounce.

Jag kan givetvis ha fel. Då står jag där med företagets aktiekapital placerat i fysiskt guld i bankfacket, med skägget i brevlådan och en massa vänner som säger "Du som trodde det skulle bli så dramatiskt i framtiden."

Och det är helt ok. Då garvar jag tillsammans med er på min egen bekostnad. The beer's on me.

Men what if? I så fall är det ett ypperligt läge för oss alla att fundera och konstellera och positionera oss inför en turbulent och spännande framtid.

How do you set a Road map for life?

It goes without saying that a proper and prudent planning in life makes impossible into possible. If you are complaining that you are unable to succeed in life despite a lot of hard work. Hard work without a planning and targets in life is not worth at all.

  • Set your course: The million-dollar question: how can you reach your destination, if you don’t know where you’re going? Having direction doesn’t mean you can’t change your destination whenever you want. Or revise your goals. Allow yourself to be flexible.
  • Realistic plan of action: Once you’ve established the area(s) you’d most like to change, then set yourself weekly, realistic and achievable goals to take yourself to your final destination. It’s important that you keep these ‘journey’ goals achievable.
  • Resources and options: What resources do you already have that can help you achieve your goals? Take a look at all your options for success. Brainstorm. Then pick an action point that’s the easiest for you to achieve that week. Then another one… and so on.. Challenge yourself. And reward yourself with each success.
  • Values and beliefs: Goals are great. But you won’t achieve them unless your values are in alignment with your beliefs. Values are the things that we get out of bed for, the things that motivate us.
Come on friends! Sit down now and create your realistic road map for your life and I am sure you see wonders happening in life.

Smile and Move

Smile is move and a smile on the face can create a move around you and you become a focus there…..Lets see the implications of two powerful body languages.

To smile is to;

  • Be awake, attentive, and engaged with others.
  • It’s being thankful for our opportunities, for our people, and for the occasional chance we have to be in the path to serve.
  • It’s being approachable and accessible to our customers, our subordinates, and our leaders.
  • It’s complaining less because we all have work to accomplish.
  • It’s smiling, really.

To move is to;

  • Start our days early and go long more than once in a blue moon.
  • It’s exceeding expectations for others and dismissing mediocrity in our work.
  • It’s having a sense of urgency with our efforts, predicting and pre-sweating the details for others.
  • It’s being resourceful and resilient when we fall short, making it all about results – exceptional results.
  • The truth is… You’re at my service and I’m at yours.

Got to have abundance mentality!!!


How to Have an Abundance Mentality When Everyone Is Saying All Is Lost. As I have already said that this is a feeling of the mind and you need to learn to tame your mind, overpower the negativity of your mind and thoughts. Here you are with a few tips that might be of your use!

  • Focus on people, not things.
  • Let go of your high – and low – expectations.
  • Use AFFORMATIONS. (Call these empowering questions AFFORMATIONS – NOT affirmations!)
  • Focus on what you HAVE, not on what you lack.
  • Find your Because- Focusing on what’s wrong is really a bad habit you don’t need any more. When you Find Your Because, you’ll realize that not having “everything you want” pales in comparison to knowing you are being the best person you can be.

Set your Goals right!


  • One of the critical factors in attaining your goal is persistence.
  • Once you have written down your goal, the most important step in achieving them is to take action, one step at a time. No matter how small the action step is, take it, and keep taking action every day.
  • Some people do not set a goal because they think they are carved in stone. With goal setting you can adjust your goals; you are not locked into the first thing you write. As you start working towards your goal you may alter your end result
  • When setting your goals, set realistic ones, ones that will make you stretch, but not ones that are out of reach. Ones that are not easily attained, but ones where action plans put in place can be achieved.
  • Visualization is one technique many people use to help them achieve their goal
  • A goal will give you focus. Once you set your goal you will find you become focused on achieving each action step in attaining your goal.

It's very important that we set our short and long term goals right and pursue them as defined. A life without any definite goals would be similar to a day we do not plan out to do's and finally end up unsatisfied!

So start planning and setting your goals right!

Leaders can create this environment. Here are 10 ideas, in order of importance:

  1. Create motivating work.
  2. Hire A players and get rid of C players
  3. Don’t micromanage – get out of the way
  4. Promote your team’s work
  5. Loosen up the rules and bureaucracy
  6. Don’t be a jerk
  7. Get personal
  8. Set a good example
  9. Encourage camaraderie during work hours.
  10. Pay people for what they are worth.

A real motivator is a Leader too! So be a Motivator and then be a Leader!!!!

We know but we do not do perhaps!

It’s a human tendency looking for wisdom elsewhere but the true wisdom is within us which we do not realize. I am gonna share with you 5 simple tips to increase your personal power.

  1. Have at least one person in your life who is like-minded. This means someone who wants to be the best they can be, who has dreams and goals and takes action to make them a reality.
  2. Watch inspirational movies. This is going to be down to personal taste.
  3. Related to the first tip: Read biographies about people you admire. Again, personal taste will dictate who you read about
  4. Have a picture board and fill it with pictures of your goals. This is to give you a visual reminder everyday about the goals you are pursuing and reminds you that what you are working towards is something very worthwhile.
  5. Read quotations every day.

I am afraid if you said to yourself while reading them that I knew these before. But have you been practicing them before is my humble question? …Go start!!!!!

Jag tänkte vi kunde strunta lite i ångesten kring den globala krisen.
Vi vet redan att allt är jobbigt.
Och att det känns hårt ibland.

Men låt oss försöka se glaset som fyllt av två härliga droppar vatten, snarare än som nästan snustorrt.
